“The pop superstar is rumoured to be planning to leave England and return to her native U.S. with their children - eight-year-old son Rocco, adopted tot David Banda, three, and Madonna’s 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous relationship.
But Ritchie is said to be keen to see his young family remain in Britain.
Now the estranged pair is said to have reached a compromise in the ongoing custody battle - meaning Ritchie will walk away from the eight-year marriage without a financial settlement, according to London newspaper The Evening Standard.
A source tells the publication, “It will all be over by the end of the month. I am sure it will be announced by then. The priority for him has always been the children. Ritchie has not wanted any of her money. Ritchie could have taken her to the cleaners. It takes a very honourable man to have walked away. “

So yes, this is actually more of “Guy’s such a good person” story rather than a “Madonna’s so awful” story but I think both points have been made clear. I am happy that Guy stepped up and did what he had to do to see his children but I really did want to see Madonna lose it all. She’s so concerned with the almighty buck that seeing all of it jump from her pocketbook to Ritchie’s would really be very satisfying for me.

“At the MTV Total Finale Live shindig this past Sunday (which Pete missed to be with Simpson) Fall Out Boy vocalist/guitarist Patrick Stump told press, “I’m not spilling anything. As far as I know, there’s no baby yet. But still, there’s a very pregnant woman, so he definitely needs to be there. It was a mutual thing, though I miss the crud out of him. I wish he were here.”

Okay, so I understand that it would suck to not have your whole band present but really, what kind of guy talks about ‘missing the crud’ out of another guy? That’s just weird to me. What’s even weirder though is Pete’s look. I really wish he would ditch the skinny jeans because they just look absurd on him and he just in general has very, very bad fashion sense. And the stone-wash or acid-wash or whatever that is, is NOT back in style…someone should clue him in. I guess that’s what he and Ashlee initially bonded over as she aslo usually trots around in some particularly awful wardrobe choices. Hopefully Ashlee will hurry up and have that baby so that we can stop talking about these two!

“The hotel heiress hasn’t been seen with the “Good Charlotte” rocker for over a week, and both have been hitting up Hollywood hotspots separately, sparking speculation that they’d entered splitsville. A source close to the couple told Tarts that the star-studded duo is pretty much kaput.

So went wrong between the joined-at-the-lip twosome? It seems that Hilton and Madden recently sealed a rumored six-figure deal to swing by Australia on New Year’s Eve to attend the launch party for a new social online networking system, Bongo Virus. Paris is booked to be the host of the bash, while Benji is set to do the spinning.

According to an insider associated with the Australian company, Prince William may have had plans to meet up with Paris to ring in the New Year, having spent quite some time with her while she’s been filming her “My BFF” show in London.”

Benji supposedly took the split pretty hard, begging Paris for another chance but how can one compete with a prince? There have been rumors floating around that Paris and Prince William had been becoming quite good friends and it’s very possible that she has her eyes on royalty but I think it would take a bit more to break this couple up than just a good looking guy who also has a silver spoon in his mouth. I have to say that I loved Benji and Paris together and the relationship really did seem to make Paris a better person in that she seemed to have gotten out of the downward spiral that her life was taking, what with the drunk driving and all. But if this Prince William thing is going to actually happen, she’s gotta know that the Royal Family won’t stand for that kind of behavior either. Can you imagine if all three of them end up at the New Years’ bash in Australia? AWKWARD!

“TMZ has obtained docs ordering Steven Burky to stay clear of Garner — no contact whatsoever.

In her declaration, Garner says “Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me,” sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country …”

Garner says Burky has been harassing her since 2002, but in the last year “his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.”

Garner says Burky has shown up at her home and said, “God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death.”

Garner says she fears for herself, husband Ben Affleck and daughter Violet. She also says “I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born.”

Burky has written a blog called Satanic Panic, asking, “Are multitudes of adults resorting to human sacrifices and then repressing this information from fear of Christ…”

A judge issued a temporary restraining order earlier this month. There’s a hearing tomorrow to make the order permanent.”

I can’t even imagine how scary this must be for Jen and her family. It would be bad enough if it was just her but when you’re children are involved, that’s a whole different ball game. Hopefully this freak will be locked up for a very long time and Jen and her crew can get back to life as normal. I think it must be hard for celebrities sometimes with things like this because they are literally surrounded by people all the time. Jen can’t even take Violet to preschool or painting without the paps snapping away a thousand photographs. While I don’t feel bad for the inconvenience this causes stars (simply because they’re stars and if they don’t want to deal with it, they don’t have to make movies and millions of dollars each year) but I think this puts a whole new spin on it. When you’re constantly searching the crowd for someone that may want to hurt you, or always having to be aware of who’s where in the crowd, and who’s doing what, that can just make you paranoid and can do pretty bad things to your psyche I would imagine.

For the mother-of-two – who finalized her divorce from Ryan Phillippe in June – that means having “a lot of communication” with her ex-husband and “just being very open.”

So, would she ever get married again? “I don’t know,” she says, laughing. “I don’t think about it much.”

The fact that she was scared to death about holding her newborn baby girl just makes her even more real than she was to begin with. I think, whether you’ve ever held a baby before or not, every parent has those fears when their child has just been born and it’s just another reason for fans to connect with her. And even though she does talk about how her marriage didn’t work out, she doesn’t give nitty gritty details or drag Ryan’s name through the mud. She instead talks about how she only wants to do what’s best for the kids. And isn’t that what every mother should do? It’s so nice to see that some celebrity moms think that too! There’s no doubt about it, Reese is nothing but class!

“Madonna may have had her lady police in full force in Miami on Friday, but that didn’t stop Alex Rodriguez from doing some serious flirting at the Miami opening of the Fontainebleau Hotel with none other than the much younger, even blonder Kate Hudson.

Rodriguez paid his dues with Madonna’s best girlfriend, Gwyneth Paltrow, on Friday afternoon, having a quiet lunch with her at the hotel’s Italian eatery Scarpetta. Yep, these are the prime makings of a cat fight! There was a point in time when I would have really thought that Hudson would be no match for Madonna. Remember when the Material Girl really was toned and buff and looking super hot? But now that Madonna has become a withered shell of her former self, I totally think Kate could kick her ass. And I’d love to see it! You go, Kate! Steal that man from right under her nose! Just beware of any Kabbalah hexes, curses, or chants that come your way!

“Brad Pitt recently revealed to Oprah that his 2-year-old daughter, Shiloh, has developed a small quirk - wanting to be called John instead of Shiloh!

“She only wants to be called John. John or Peter. So it’s a Peter Pan thing,” he says. “So we’ve got to call her John. ‘Shi, do you want …’ – ‘John. I’m John.’ And then I’ll say, ‘John, would you like some orange juice?’ And she goes, ‘No!’ So, you know, it’s just that kind of stuff that’s cute to parents, and it’s probably really obnoxious to other people.”

Okay, that is friggin cute and it’s not her fault that she was born to two of the most loathsome people on the planet. And by the way, Brad, I’ll listen to stories about your adorable kid any day. It’s not her I find obnoxious, it’s you.

“The hilariously funny Wanda Sykes officially came out of the closet yesterday, announcing at a Las Vegas rally for gay marriage that she married her girlfriend on Oct. 25, just days before Proposition 8 passed in California.

“You know, I don’t really talk about my sexual orientation. I didn’t feel like I had to. I was just living my life, not necessarily in the closet, but I was living my life,” The New Adventures of Old Christine star told the crowd.

“I got pissed off,” she continued. “They pissed me off. I said, ‘You know what? Now I gotta get in your face.’ And that’s what we all have to do now. They pissed off the wrong group of people. They have galvanized a community…Instead of having gay marriage in California, we’re going to get it across the country.”

Wanda said she looks forward to the day when she and her partner are treated equally.

When my wife and I leave California, I want to have my marriage also recognized in Nevada, in Arizona, all the way to New York,” she said. “How can you stop people from loving each other?”

Proposition 8 sure is making a lot of news, especially in the world of celebrities, with many of them, gay or not, publicly speaking out on the issue. I am happy that Wanda and others, such as Ellen DeGeneres were able to say their “I Do’s” before the controversial law was passed. I agree with Sykes in that no one should be denied the right to love and that they should also be allowed to publicly declare that love before their friends and family. You rock, Wanda! Keep being proud of who you are and we can only hope that you will grace our television sets with your wit and humor for a very long time to come!

“Star Beyonce considers the amount she has been offered for her wedding pictures to be ridiculous and in no way would she ever agree to sell them. She said: “”But in the end, absolutely not. It’s so not worth it. If anything, if you wanna put something out, then put it out, not for (money).”

Aw yes, at a time when stars are pimping out their baby’s by getting as much money for the first photos as they possibly can, this point of view is definitely refreshing and it certainly garners more respect on my end for Beyonce. Maybe she’s not such a diva after all, it certainly seems as though she has her priorities in order. And so do I, as I will go find that song on my iPod so that I can listen to that song just one more time!

“I’d have another one,” the actress told Ellen DeGeneres on her show that is set to air Friday.

Driver gave birth to a son, Henry, in September. “It only kicks in after you have really forgotten [labor]. I’ve only just managed to look at the pictures of the birth,” Driver said. “I only looked at a few pictures and they do make you kind of go, ‘Owwww! Ouch!’, but then I look at him. I want another one of them.”

But Henry, who weighed in at 9 lbs., 12 oz. when he was born, was too big for his Halloween Pumpkin costume. “On the back there was just this huge triangle where his diaper showed because we couldn’t close it,” Driver explained.

DeGeneres gave Driver a couple of different-sized onesies that acknowledged Henry’s heft. Both items said: “I may be BIG but my Mom is Minnie.”

Driver still has not released the name of her baby daddy so it seems that we might never know, unless Daddy is shown toting Henry about town as he gets a little bigger (or hopefully, just older from the sounds of it!) Speaking from experience, I think we can expect to see Minnie soon losing her mind if she goes through with another pregnancy so quickly after the birth of her first child. Not that it’s not fun, but there’s definitely no hope of keeping your sanity when you have two very small children under the age of 2.

“The actress will fly to England to meet her boyfriend’s mom. Paul Sculfor, the actress’ boyfriend thinks his mom will like Cameron very much. Even though the couple are extremely happy together, they will not be getting married anytime soon. Paul had this to say: “You know, we’re having fun. She has openly said she does not want marriage, so we’re coasting.”

I’m glad that Cameron isn’t jumping on the marriage bandwagon. I like to see people take their time, figure stuff out, and get to know each other and with all the secret weddings and impromptu ceremonies that seem to take place among the folks of Tinseltown, this is actually quite refreshing to see.

I have never, ever, ever understood all the hoopla behind the Jonas Brothers but apparently they are all the rage. I guess I grew up in a New Kids on the Block age (the first time around) and was the appropriate age to be madly in love with all of them at some point or another and maybe this is the same sort of thing. So, for any 14-year-olds that read this blog, or anyone else who cares about this boy band, the word is out - Joe Jonas is a DOG! I first heard that he broke up with Taylor Swift over the phone on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and that’s the first time that I really ever sat up and took notice when the Jonas name was mentioned. I don’t care how old you are or how big you think you are in the land of Tinseltown, breaking up with someone over the PHONE - is never, ever cool. Ever. Now I guess he’s trying to defend himself on MySpace in an attempt to make fans understand why the phone call was so short. From the Daily Blabber,

I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.”

As for the very short phone call Taylor said Joe made to break up with her, the teen dream says he wasn’t the one who hung up first.

“For those who have expressed concern over the ‘27 second’ phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person,” he writes, never naming Taylor in the post at all. “Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk.”

Taylor recently went on record saying that Joe broke up with her once he met Camilla, which Joe says was absolutely not the reason for the split.

“Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues,” he writes. “Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.”

Yeah okay. I don’t even care if he broke up with her for some other chick - that happens and he’s right, sometimes the heart does move on. I hope he’s being honest when he says that he didn’t cheat on Swift because that would take the DOG to a whole new level but he’s probably not (being honest, that is.) What I do have a problem with is the fact that he seems upset that she hung up on him, and that it excuses the phone call in the first place. Okay, ya know what? She had every single right to hang up on a jerk that would end a relationship over the phone. I don’t care how long they went out for or how old they are - it’s disrespectful to the person and it’s disrespectful to the time they shared together.

And he’s ugly - there, I said it.

“Madonna is planning to become a film director. She has decided to take on her estranged husband, British ‘RocknRolla’ director Guy Ritchie, in the film making stakes.

Her brother Christopher Ciccone said: “Apparently she wants to be directing and that’s what she’ll be doing. Two directors in the family is never going to work.” Madonna made her directing debut last month with ‘Filth and Wisdom’, a comedy about a Ukrainian gipsy.

Madonna recently revealed making ‘Filth and Wisdom’ was: “Essentially my way of putting myself through film school”. Christopher also says he never thought the marriage would last, and claims Guy’s attitude “got worse” towards the end. He added on British TV channel Five’s ‘Madonna and Guy: Where Did It All Go Wrong?’: “Guy was generally a miserable guy and he got worse. He became less and less happy as a person.”

First of all, let’s make it clear that Christopher is not a stable person. He has revealed a lot about his sister through his book that went on the shelves sometime in the past year (like who cares?) and this includes some of the disturbing things he did to his sister after a performance. So really, you can’t take his word for nuthin. And maybe the reason why Guy became ‘less and less happy as a person’ was because every morning he had to roll over, see that Madge was still lying beside him, sign his contract promising to be a good little boy, and then get up to do whatever the control-freak wanted him to do that day. Yep, I’d become less and less happy as a person too!

“Though the former ”Friends” superstar has universally — and justifiably — been seen as a victim of Angelina Jolie stealing her man, a source close to the Brangelina camp says Aniston’s ex-husband called her to complain about the Vogue piece.

I know, that call seems unbelievable — given Aniston went out of her way to praise Pitt, saying she and the actor are on good terms now and that she has ”nothing but absolute admiration for him.”

One would have to assume Pitt’s irritation was due to Aniston’s comment that it was ”uncool” Jolie came clean about falling in love with her married co-star in ”Mr. and Mrs. Smith.”

But still, it was Pitt who cheated on Aniston — leading to a horribly public split that was clearly humiliating for the popular actress.

Another source, close to Jolie, said Wednesday that Pitt and Jolie were ”totally thrown” by Aniston’s Vogue interview, thinking she had already ”moved on … and wouldn’t want to reopen this old wound.”

At any rate, Aniston’s spokesman is not commenting on the alleged Pitt call to Aniston, simply e-mailing, ”That’s personal information. … That really is no one’s business.”

While I am almost tempted to throw this in the trash bin due to the ’source’ which remains anonymous, the fact that Jen’s reps aren’t commenting on it or more specifically, aren’t denying it, makes me think that this is one that really might be true. And if it is, well then of all the nerve! Angelina was definitely the one that reopened wounds here by calling attention to the fact years after it has happened, that she and Brad fell in love while he was still married. It was actually that statement that Jen was referring to and not the fact that she actually stole her husband but I guess Angelina’s too stupid to realize that. In addition to calling Jen to whine, I wonder if Brad also talked to his current wifey about keeping her mouth shut about their lurid affair.

“Access Hollywood breaks the news that Scott Wolfs wife Kelley Limp is pregnant with their first child. Breaking the good news was the actor himself, who confirmed his wife’s pregnancy to Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush on Wednesday evening, November 12.”

So even though he didn’t mention how far along Kelley is, celebrities don’t usually make announcements until after the first trimester, and if they’re fairly certain it’s a boy, she’s at least that and then some. I’d say we’re going to start seeing more and more of these two as the paps try to track them down and keep progress of Kelley’s bump. It’s funny how a pregnancy suddenly puts you in all the news, no matter if you were even barely famous beforehand. But it’ll be fun to watch….any chance to look at Bailey is a good one!

“Suprisingly, the outspoken gay says he’s opposed to pushing for measures that would permit same-sex couples to marry.

The Rocket Man believes people of his persuasion should stick to civil unions and leave the marriage business to us heteros.

Elton and his longtime partner David Furnish tied the knot in a civil partnership ceremony in Windsor, England in December 2005. The couple now live blissfully in UK with their two cocker spaniels, Marilyn and Arthur.

“We’re not married,”the legend said on the red carpet at the annual benefit for his Elton John AIDS Foundation in New York City Monday night. “Let’s get that right. We have a civil partnership.”

Elton added, “I don’t want to be married. I’m very happy with a civil partnership. If gay people want to get married, or get together, they should have a civil partnership. The word marriage, I think, puts a lot of people off. You get the same equal rights that we do when we have a civil partnership. Heterosexual people get married. We can have civil partnerships.”

I personally do think that gay people should be allowed to get married however, I don’t know what the difference is between a civil partnership and marriage. I would like to know why he is opposed to gay marriage. Though he clearly states that he is, and what he believes those in the gay community should do if they wish to ‘be together’, I still don’t understand why exactly this is his belief. I love Elton and I’m sure that he has his reasons, but this is especially surprising as he is so obviously gay and in a lifelong partnership.

It’s weird because, Federline wasn’t even there! He had no way of knowing what was said, what treatments were given to his son - because he wasn’t there. So he was going on what Britney, the child’s mother, was telling him. So I would think that if anybody should be releasing a statement, it should be Britney, or her lawyer. Seeing as how she was there and all. Not only that but this statement from Federline’s lawyer makes it sound as though Britney and her family should be thankful that no one will be looking into the matter any further. I know a lot of stuff has been Britney’s fault but I certainly don’t think this was. This is the statement from Celebrity Baby Scoop,

“I think that whatever it is, a food allergy or some other case, we don’t know yet,” Kaplan told E!. “We’re pleased that someone was aware enough to see that he was having some sort of reaction and do what was necessary to make sure there were no chances taken and got Jayden to the appropriate facility and got the appropriate evaluation to be timely.”

“We’re not going to jump to conclusions right now. I don’t anticipate there being a hearing,” Kaplan said. “I anticipate that Kevin and Britney as concerned parents will exchange information and satisfy themselves that what happened was a freak occurrence and do what they have to do to make sure that it doesn’t happen again.”

“Kevin was considering going to Louisiana, but the information that we had was Jayden was already checked out,” Kaplan explained. “The kids will be back with Kevin shortly, not yet.”

So this whole entire thing seems weird to me, right from the beginning of the statement where it sounds as though Kaplan is talking so coldly about the fact that the boy’s family, including his mother, was there and saw it all happening and that they were able to ‘do what was necessary.’ I don’t understand why this statement was necessary and I think it makes Federline look like a bigger idiot than he already was.

Reynolds, 31, ran the NYC marathon Nov. 2 for Team Fox to raise awareness for Parkinson’s Disease, which his father and Fox both suffer from.

“I see this Team Fox banner up ahead, and I look to my left and there I saw Michael,” Reynolds said on the show, which airs today (check local listings).

“My dad, for I think fairly obvious reasons, couldn’t be there at the marathon. I would have loved him to be there, but Michael really was a kind of surrogate for that for me, and to just high five him and have that moment really carried me through.

“I mean I said that I gained 15 pounds in goose bumps alone…and I finished strong,” he added.”

There’s no doubt that when you get right down to it, both of these guys have hearts of gold and it’s nice to see them teaming up for such a great cause!

However, what I love most about this interview was the part where she says,

“What Angelina did was very uncool.”

I was most happy that Jen said this because Angelina has seemed especially smug in the media lately when she was talking about how she and Brad fell in love on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, while Brad was still married. I am also glad that Jen has come out and said something once and for all. I think people mistook Jen keeping a low profile for being weak and saw her in a somewhat meeker light. However, I think she was doing exactly what any woman would do in the situation - taking time for herself to reevaluate her life and how she is to move forward. Jen has always shown a great amount of class and it’s nice to finally see her showing her strong and outspoken side again. And, she looks totally hot on this cover to boot!

“Jayden apparently suffered a “a terrible allergic reaction. He had hives, was itchy and irritable,” and although they do not know what caused the reaction, he is now “fine.” Jayden entered a Kentwood, Louisiana hospital at 1:30 PM Sunday and was kept overnight for observation, and is, according to Britney’s official website, expected to be released tomorrow,

“Jayden James Federline was admitted to the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday, November 9th. Doctors concluded he had a reaction to something he ingested. He is expected to be discharged tomorrow.”

Entertainment Tonight has confirmed that Britney Spears‘ 2-year-old son Jayden James was rushed to the hospital on Sunday afternoon, after suffering from a “suspected seizure.”

Britney’s youngest son reportedly lapsed into a “vague and unresponsive” state while the family vacationed in Kentwood, Louisiana. Jayden was kept overnight for observation. Jayden’s dad, Kevin Federline, is reportedly on the way to Louisiana.”

I’m glad that it sounds as though Jayden James is going to be fine but I can’t help but think back to a few months ago when this same little boy was suspected to be affected with the neurological disorder autism. Reports then were that he would be tested but nothing more was ever said publicly. And it sounds like in this case, very little is being said as well and with the few facts we have been given, I don’t think it’s a far stretch to connect it to the autism story, if in fact it’s true that there was a suspicion there to begin with. Hopefully Jayden James will be discharged today with a stamp of approval from doctors and nothing more will come of this.
