I still say that Tameka is a little bit less than fresh and is more than likely a bleepity bleep bleep, [insert something that would get me sued here] but you know, as a celebrity gossip blogger, what can Anni do? Not much else but complain and congratulate the couple on their new baby boy. From People:

“Usher and his wife, Tameka, welcomed a baby boy on Monday night, his rep has confirmed.

“We are so happy and proud of our beautiful son,” the couple said in a statement. “What a blessing!”

Usher Raymond V was born in Atlanta, Ga. at 9:55 p.m., and weighed in at 7 lbs. 9 oz., according to the statement.

A source tells PEOPLE that Usher was with his wife and new child Tuesday at an Atlanta hospital, and the family is expected to head home on Wednesday.

Usher, 29, and Foster, 36, announced the pregnancy in June. In September, Usher told PEOPLE that they were expecting a boy, and added, “I just want my son to fully be coherent and to be healthy, first and foremost.”"

Don’t they say some strange things? How many people actually say things like that? “Fully coherent”? Why? Are they planning to do experiments on the baby that he has to be awake for? Not that I would want to or anything, but still, it was an awkward thing to say. Anyway, the suspected vocabulary challenged Usher, and his suspected gold digger and ex-con wife, welcome a baby boy into the world. Congratulations, Usher and Tameka.

Usher and Tameka Foster have been talking about how thrilled with one another they are. Tameka says she’s so glad she didn’t listen to her friends about Usher. Well, good thing too! What kind of friend says, “Don’t take the rich black man!”? Good for you, Tameka. Usher was surprised by all the negative press the wedding was getting, as well. Well, in all honesty, what do they expect? The entire relationship seems a little hard to swallow, and their reasons for canceling the original ceremony were very vague. Strong opinions collided about Tameka’s integrity, and there was the fact that she has been in legal trouble in the past. It’s great that Usher is willing to look past all that, but on the other hand, while he’s looking forward, is he at least trying to keep an eye on his own ass? From People:

“She [Tameka] adds that their love is based on complete openness – something she hasn’t experienced in her romantic life before.

“I feel totally uninhibited with Usher,” Foster says. “I’ve never been in a situation with anyone, even as far back as high school, where there were no secrets. I know I can tell him anything and he’s not going to judge me. I can finally share my dreams. And because of that, I know that man loves me.”

That bond will only grow, Usher says, after the birth of their son.

“Tameka’s given me one of the greatest gifts I’ll ever have,” he says. “With a child, now I have purpose. I understand love.”"

Well, that sounds beautiful of course, but in the end, it is still a celebrity marriage, and those rarely turn out well. Hopefully, things will work out for the best.

In the earlier article, you’ll see Usher and his fiancee, Tameka Foster, pulled a Ben and J-Lo the other day, canceling their wedding at the last minute. Usher’s publicist gave the message seen in the earlier article, “It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given.” Somewhere around 70-100 people had to be told, “Whoops! Sorry…”

And it gets better. I wonder if the guests were also told that Usher’s fiancee was a convict, and had been keeping her shady past a secret? She was arrested twice, once for petty theft, in which she served jail time, and another conviction for welfare fraud. Sounds like Usher found a real classy one in Tameka Foster. Tameka’s first boyfriend was also shot to death, “in a drug-related execution style shooting” claims the Enquirer. You’d think since it was such old news… that Usher would know, but no, he was amongst the uninformed.

“Tameka is an ex-con whose first lover was gunned down in a drug-related execution-style shooting.” Poor Usher has no idea who he’s marrying,” Tameka’s half sister Valencia Foster told The Enquirer. ” He’s a wonderful guy - but Tameka is giving him a big-time snow job.” The scene for deception was set at a “getting to know the in-laws” dinner in Tameka’s hometown of Oakland, Calif., on July 7 as the couple finalized plans for a July 28 wedding. Valencia, 49, explained that Usher led a prayer before dinner, then turned to her and said: “‘You know all the family secrets - tell me about them.’ Before I could say a word, Tameka kicked me so hard under the table she almost put a hole in my leg,” Valencia said.” Then she pulled me aside and whispered: ‘Don’t tell him anything.’ “Tameka, fleeing from a troubled home life, moved in with Valencia when she was 11. “She arrived with $14 in food stamps in her purse,” recalled Valencia. “She turned out to be a nightmare. “By 14, she had become involved with a married drug dealer five years older than her, Valencia says. “I banned him from the house – but four years later she was pregnant with his baby when his car was ambushed and he was riddled with bullets. Tameka missed being with him in the car by minutes.”

“Court records show that Tameka has been arrested twice. In 1991, she served 20 days in the Los Angeles County Jail for petty theft and was placed on probation for two years. Records indicate she had previously served jail time. An earlier arrest in Alameda County, Calif., involved “some kind of welfare fraud, and she was sentenced to perform community service,” said Valencia. Tameka, Usher’s former wardrobe stylist, has three children and is expecting the singer’s baby in the fall. Usher, 28, recently shocked fans by reportedly firing his manager mother and replacing her with Tameka. The 38-year-old I thought she was supposed to be 36 bride asked her father, John Foster, to give her away at the wedding in the Hampton’s, the tony New York enclave. But Tameka threatened to ban her mom from the ceremony - because she had lost her false teeth! “Tameka told her: ‘You’re not coming to my wedding without teeth,’ ” Valencia said. “I asked her why she didn’t buy her mother a new set, and she told me: ‘Let her get her own fucking teeth- she didn’t take care of me when I was young.’ “Valencia says Tameka’s mom bought the new teeth herself - and she believes one day Usher will discover the truth about his new bride. “Usher is so much in love he’s under her spell,” she said. “But he’s going to find out she’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing.”

What’s more, is the legal scandal involved with internet media sites, “spreading rumours” about Tameka Foster, and Usher’s lawyers. Hmmm… I wonder if the charges will be dropped know that he knows she’s a lying ghetto rat?

Pop celebrity Usher, and his fiancee Tameka Foster have called off their wedding, which was scheduled for yesterday. Usher’s publicist, Patti Webster, released only a short, and abrupt statement:

“It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond, IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.”

Mysterious… Usher, 28, and Tameka, 37, are expecting a baby this fall, and there is no word on whether or not the couple is still engaged, or even still together. Considering the wedding was canceled on the same day it was supposed to happen… I’m sure the news can’t be too good.
