Everything becomes a trend in Hollywood and the case is no different when it comes to having babies. First everyone gets pregnant together and now they’re all having twins together. Patrick Dempsey, Jennifer Lopez, and of course the Brangelina’s are just a few of the stars that have recently had twins join the family and now it appears as though Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are about to join the twin baby train. From Celebrity Baby Scoop,

“According to Pete Wentz’s pal Tyga, the singer and wife Ashlee Simpson are expecting twins later this year.
“They’re having twins,” Tyga said in an exclusive interview yesterday at the House of Hype’s pre-VMA barbeque. “They’re really happy.”
In June, Pete referred to the baby as “them” but quickly disputed that they were having twins, stating,
“That was waaaaay wrong. I meant to say ‘the baby’ and said ‘them’ ’cause it was 7 a.m. Not in a BS way: I can tell you we are absolutely not having twins. I totally misspoke ’cause we dunno if it’s a boy or girl. I try to speak vaguely, and I totally blew it on this one.”
A rep for the couple insists only one baby is on the way, though,
“It is not true.

Now this story I am tempted to believe. The anti-Pete Wentz one that is. I’m sorry but isn’t this the same dude that completely denied the whole pregnancy until it was too far into it to hide anymore? I’m not saying he didn’t have good reason but I can’t trust him anymore. And he may have had a good reason for denying the pregnancy in the early stages but he didn’t just deny it, he was absolutely outraged by it, yelling about how he didn’t know why people had to make crap up and such. And now he’s saying that he mispoke because he was tired. Puh-leaze. What bothers me about this couple is that they claim to be so loyal to their fans but they can’t just be straight with them about things. And really, why lie about twins? That is just BS.

Michelle Monaghan is one lucky lady. Not only has she recently starred with Patrick Dempsey in Maid of Honor and got to kiss him because of it, she is now pregnant and expecting her first baby in the fall. From Star Magazine,

“A rep for the actress, who married Australian graphic designer Peter White in 2005, confirms to Star that Michelle is expecting and due in the late fall.

Next up for the rising star, who also appeared in Gone Baby Gone and Mission: Impossible 3, is the thriller Eagle Eye, which costars Indiana Jones‘ Shia LaBoeuf and is due out in September.”

Yep, no scandal here. Just a nice happy marriage about to welcome a nice happy baby. Congratulations, Michelle!

Here is a picture of Dr. McDreamy Patrick Dempsey and his first wife, Rochelle Parker. Rochelle Parker is the woman who first claimed she was abused by Dempsey and then retracted her statment claiming she was told to lie in court.

She was 47 and he was 21 when they got married.

After reports of an almost-altercation with Isaiah Washington on the Grey’s Anatomy set, it seems that Grey’s Anatomy star, Dr. McDreamy may be a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde of sorts. New reports surfaced today which accused the actor with abusing his first wife. Rochelle Parker, married Patrick Dempsey when he was 21, (she was 47). She alleges that Dempsey ‘broke her finger in a car door and further charged that �while we were on the set of his [1987] movie �Can�t Buy Me Love� he beat me up because he wanted to see what it was like to beat a woman”. When reached for comment, Parker denied the accusations stating, “she had been advised to make those accusations and others � which she now says are false”. She also went on to say that she has forgiven Patrick Dempsey.

I have a hard time believing this story..I mean..anyone who saw Patrick Dempsey in “Can’t Buy Me Love” knows he weighed about 120 and kinda nerdy..hardly capable of beating a woman..just for the thrill of it.
