In Least Surprising News of the Day…

For all of you who had very high hopes for the relationship between Criss Angel and Holly Madison, you will be very disappointed to know that the two have called it quits. Really, was anyone actually expecting this to work out? These two started their relationship with hints of scandal in the air, as it was rumored that Criss and Holly were dating while Holly was still supposed to be Hugh Hefner’s number one girl. Another red flag was that they seemed to be going full-speed ahead with huge gestures such as the joint birthday bash they threw complete with fireworks and a huge show at the Luxor in Las Vegas. It’s funny how things that start so huge usually end up fizzling out just as quickly. From Celebrity Dirty Laundry,

“Holly the original “Girl Next Door” and a former Hugh Hefner girlfriend has amicably parted ways with Criss after almost 4 months of dating.

A rep for Criss told E! News “Criss and Holly are no longer a couple. They remain very close friends and wish each other the very best”.

Aw so sad, the magic’s gone. These two will have to find a couple more freaks to spend their time with. Moving right along…

Holly and Criss are Goin Public!

Holly Madison jumped right from Hugh Hefner’s bed to Criss Angel’s and because she didn’t do so very discreetly, they have maintained a fairly low-profile since she and the horny old guy broke up. But both of hers and Criss’ birthdays are coming up and they want to celebrate while shouting their love from the rooftops. You have to know that when someone who is as weird and who values shock-value as much as Criss Angel throws a birthday bash, it’s going to be H-U-G-E and this case is no different. They are doing it big at the Luxor and what are they calling it? What else? Madifreak. From Bump Shack,

“It was just announced that Holly and her magician beau Criss Angel are set to co-host a “Madifreak” Las Vegas birthday bash on December 19.

Celebrating together at LAX nightclub in the Luxor Hotel, Madison will be turning 29-years-old on December 23, while the Mindfreak magician will celebrate his 41st birthday on the actual party date.”

This couple is just too weird for my liking. These are two celebrities that are definitely on the B-list and one gets his jollies from pinning himself to an airplane with large hooks (in his bare skin) and then flying over Las Vegas while one gets her jollies from, well, getting her jollies. I really don’t care when their birthdays are or how they plan on celebrating it. But for all of those who do, there’s your Madifreak fill for the day.

What do you Think about Criss and Holly?

It’s been rumored for some time, even before her official split with Hugh Hefner, that Holly Madison and Criss Angel had been having a little magic working for themselves in the backlight of her relationship with Hugh. Although Hef denied it and Holly denied it, there just to always sort of seem to be this chemistry and just that ‘not right’ feeling about all the denial. Now the happy couple, Criss and Holly, have been able to take their relationship public after Holly’s split with Hugh. Sound confusing? Wait until you throw in a few magic tricks. From People,

“Angel and Madison have been spotted kissing and snuggling over the last several weeks in Las Vegas, but remain somewhat coy about their relationship.

“This is one of the most special evenings for me in my life and I can not think of a more beautiful person, a more special person, inside and out, than Holly to spend it with,” Angel said on the opening night of his new Cirque Du Soleil show, “Believe,” in Las Vegas.”

This reminds me a lot of the Pamela Anderson/Michael Jackson rumor that floated around a little while ago in the way that it seems so wrong that it’s right. Except this seems much more real. They are sort of a cute couple and they do both come from the weirder side of the track what with her ex-relationship to an old horndog and his keen desire to do horrible things to himself. Who knows how long this will last but it will be fun to watch these two flounce after one another!

Britney & Criss Are Making Magic!

Oooh, Britney might have a new man… Although, since she’s doing practically everybody, how relevant is it really that she was spotted going into a hotel with Criss Angel? Whoops. I snitched. Oh well. Britney Spears was seen going into W Hotel in Westwood the night before last, around 3:00 am with Mindfreak, Criss Angel… and not coming out until later the next morning. Oh my.

“Sounds like a bootycall.”

And this isn’t even their first little encounter, oh no.

This is the second time the pair have been spotted, trying to discreetly get it on. They strolled into the Towers Hotel in Beverly Hills together early Thursday morning… and yet Criss Angel denies them being anything other than friends? Hmm. Sounds like a booty call.

Minnie Driver & Criss Angel: DUNZO!

Apparently, Minnie Driver and Criss Angel’s rumored relationship was nothing more than an illusion. Just weeks after Criss Angel was seen making out with Paris Hilton, Minnie Driver was also seen with a new man.

Newly divorced, Criss Angel met Minnie Driver in Vegas in August and the two were virtually inseparable for weeks. They enjoyed a romantic vacation in Cancun, Mexico in September and then sorta dissappeared. (Of course they dissappeared..he’s a magician). Criss re-appeared in mid-October where he was seen hanging all over Paris Hilton.

Perhaps that was the breaking point in their relationship…(why is Paris Hilton always the rebound girl?) Nonetheless..Minnie & Criss have now been filed under DUNZO!
