I adore Jennifer Love Hewitt. She won me over when she played Sarah on Party of Five, and I’ve been a big fan ever since. So as she moves from boyfriend to boyfriend, going full throttle to complete breakdown, I have to say, it sort of saddens me that she just can’t seem to find the one. But, every time I see her with a new man, I usually think “Ew!” and think that she could do much better. I thought that when I heard about her and Jamie Kennedy and now that a new man has been revealed as Jen’s current beau, I think that this time too.
The man is John Asher and he’s well, not attractive-looking. Asher is an actor and a director and he was once married to Jenny McCarthy. But that’s not where the scandal lies. Asher and Hewitt met early this year on the set of Jennifer’s show, The Ghost Whisperer. Hmm..and then she broke up with Jamie Kennedy. Could it be that Jennifer isn’t this sad little girl who can’t find love? But perhaps a woman who knows how to play the vixen and just plays with men until she tires of them? Either way, Jennifer certainly doesn’t like to waste time finding a new man, no matter who she’s just kicked to the curb. From Bump Shack,
“Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt did not need much time to mourn the end of her relationship with her “Ghost Whisperer” co-star, Jamie Kennedy, and has already found a new love. The lucky guy is actor/director John Asher, Jenny McCarthy’s ex-husband.
“They are dating,” the source says. “They’ve been spending a lot of time together and are having fun. He showers her with attention and is helping her move on from her breakup with Jamie [Kennedy].” Jen and John met on the set of her show earlier this year. Their relationship hasn’t been officially confirmed yet.”
I managed to warm up to Jamie Kennedy and actually ended up really liking him. But I fell in love with The Ghost Whisperer around the same time those two started dating too so that could be one reason why I started to like him so much. Maybe I’ll eventually warm up to John Asher. If Jennifer keeps him around long enough anyway.
