Jackson Looking to Adopt

I don’t doubt that Michael Jackson  is looking to adopt another child but what I don’t understand is why he would think that anybody would actually grant him the rights to another child. I understand that he was never actually charged with any kind of child abuse but he did settle out of court for $22 million which to me, sort of still places a question mark over the entire incident.

Jackson’s whole scandal seemed to escalate from there, with him quickly becoming dependent on prescription drugs and painkillers and then marrying Lisa Marie Presley amidst accusations that the marriage was a sham to cover up for Michael’s gayness and to take attention away from the child abuse scandal. And all of this is not to mention that he has hung his own child off a hotel room’s upper-floor balcony! Seriously, why would he ever think thatthis would actually happen?!? But apparently, he’s going to do so and he also, will be adopting from another country. From Contact Music,

“MICHAEL JACKSON is looking to expand his family – he reportedly plans to adopt a child when he stays in the U.K. for his comeback concerts this year (09).
The Thriller hitmaker already has three children – Prince, 11, Paris Katherine, 10, and Prince Michael II, five.
The eldest two are from a brief marriage to his former dermatology nurse Deborah Rowe and it is not known who gave birth to Prince Michael II.
A source tells British newspaper the Sunday Express the King of Pop hopes to adopt a child while staying in Britain for his 50-date residency at London O2 Arena later this year (09).
The source says, “Before his concerts he has said he wants to spend at least three weeks in Britain, getting used to the time zone and exploring the country. It is during this period that he wants to have meetings about adoption. He has not said if he wants a boyor girl, just that it would be good for the family to have another brother or sister.”

Hopefully this doesn’t actually take place. I don’t think that Michael being given more children is necessary and I don’t think that an adoption agency will think so either. No one even knows who the mother is of his third child!! Isn’t that something that any legitimate adoption agency will want to know? Nope, nope, nope, this is not a good idea at all!
