The Newest Love Diet Craze

drew.jpgFirst there was the Atkins craze and then the South Beach craze. Now, Drew Barrymore has brought to light a new diet that is guaranteed to work. It involves a healthy diet, a little yoga, and a whole lotta love. From Gossip Girls,

“Her hot and heavy relationship with Justin Long may have helped her physique as well. A friend of Drew’s told press, “She loves being in love and this is the real thing with Justin. Drew says they are so compatible. So with the new diet, the exercise and feeling like that about another person, she thinks her body feels so great that the pounds just dropped off.”

Drew apparently isn’t so good in the kitchen and so she frequents many different hot spots in L.A. that offer lean, healthy choices and she was seen on Sunday leaving a yoga class, with mat in tow. I love Drew Barrymore and one of the reasons for that is that she seems like a true person. She’s not full of herself in interviews, and although she’s thin, she’s not a size zero like most of her peers in Tinseltown. And I don’t think you’ll ever find anyone as honest about love and who talks about it with the giddiness that is usually reserved for high school girls.

It’s nice to see a Hollywood actress who can gush about being in love and also take care of themselves properly to maintain a weight they’re comfortable with. With the yoga classes and that ultimate love glow, Drew has never looked better!
